昆明智旺实业，具备ibc吨桶出口资质，可提供船级社、危险品出口商检证，云南仅有的一家IBC吨桶生产企业，资质齐全。拥有内胆吹塑机，吨桶框架焊接生产线，年产量达14万只。智旺实业IBC吨桶常用于车用尿素、液体肥料、防冻液、速凝剂、双氧水、切割液、糖浆、香精等液体原料、产品的包装、存储及运输。可负载堆码三层，常见于槽罐车分装、集装运输，商品出口，是现代国际社会通用性强及较为理想的液体包装容器。今天跟大家分享IBC塑料集装塑料吨桶使用说明。
一、灌装及储存 Filling and storage
1、打开灌装口封盖，从顶部灌入液体。
Open the cap of the filling port and fill in the liquid from the top.
2、插入外径140mm管灌装，最大灌装量至桶身最高线。 Insert a pipe with an outer diameter of 140mm for filling, and the maximum filling amount reaches the highest line of the barrel body.
3、注意遮蓬贮存、避免高温、暴晒，储存温度-18到40。 Pay attention to awning storage 、avoiding high temperature and exposure to the sun , storage temperature -18 to 40.
4、运输前拧紧所有密封件。
Tighten all seals before transportation.
二、排 液 Drain
1、本容器采用自重式排料设计，放料时需先打开顶部灌装口盖以防止容器产生负压。
The container is designed to discharge liquid by gravity., When discharging liquid ,the top filling cap should be opened first to prevent negative pressure of the container.
2、旋下放料阀螺纹盖，撕去密封，如使用阀门接管，将其套在螺纹盖中，并连同垫圈一起装回放料阀拧紧。 Screw down the thread cap of the baiting valve, tear off the seal, if using the valve to take over, put it in the thread cap, and install the baiting valve with the washer and tighten it.
3、卸下放料阀门下的紧闭螺丝，将阀门把手朝前（顺时针）扳动，开始排料。
Remove the closed screw under the discharging valve and turn the valve handle forward (clockwise) to begin discharging.
4、放料完毕后，请逆时针关闭阀门，装上紧闭螺丝，旋紧放料阀密封盖和灌装口盖。 After discharging, please close the valve counterclockwise, install the closed screw, tighten the sealing cap of discharging valve and filling cap.
三、注意事项 Notes
1、用户根据需要，使用时应注意所灌装的液体与本产品原材料的化学相容性。
Users should pay attention to the chemical compatibility of the liquid and the raw materials of the product when using it.
2、本产品是底部提升，不允许顶部提升。 This product is bottom lift and does not allow top lift.
3、禁止使用硬物敲击或撞击桶体，操作阀门时要轻关轻放，不要遗失阀门的任何部件。 It is forbidden to use hard objects to knock or hit the barrel body. When operating the valve, turn it off gently and do not lose any parts of the valve.
4、对于未按上述规定以及其他错误操作而造成的损失，我厂概不负责。
Our factory will not be responsible for the loss caused by failure to comply with the above regulations and other wrong operations.
四、运输或装载 Transport or loading
1、使用中型散装容器包装进行运输时，请务必执行《国际海运危险货物规则》补充本中《货物运输组件(CTUs）的装载指南》的各项规定。 When using medium bulk containers for transport, be sure to comply with the provisions of the Loading Guide for cargo Transport Components (CTUs) in this supplement to the International Maritime Dangerous Goods Code.
2、IBC-1000L集装桶的灌装密度最大为1.9，在运输中，灌装货物密度小于1.6时，允许2层运输，第二层最大质量1659kg；在密度大于1.6时，只可单层运输。 The IBC-1000L container has a maximun filling density of 1.9, During transportation, when the density of filling goods is less than 1.6, 2 layers are allowed to be transported,and the maximum mass of the second layer is 1659kg. When the density is greater than 1.6, it can only be transported in single layer.
五、日常维护和检查 Routine.maintenance and inspection
1、在热灌装时，应待液体冷却至常温时，再拧紧桶盖。 In the hot filling, the liquid should be cooled to room temperature, then tighten the barrel cover.
2、严禁阀门和内容器受到外力冲击和碰撞。在重新灌装前，必须对返回容器的状态进行仔细检查、确认是否有影响继续使用的不安全因素。 The valve and internal container are strictly prohibited from being impacted or collided by external forces. Before re-filling, the state of the returned container must be carefully checked to confirm whether there are unsafe factors affecting the continued use.
